    Description

    LHH is seeking a commercial contracts attorney that would be interested in a contract/contract to hire in house position with an outstanding company located in Florida. You will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing, redlining, revising, and negotiating technology contracts and other vendor agreements; providing legal insights; helping to develop strategies on contract negotiation and how to improve standards forms agreements; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a full range of experience with corporate and transactional work, including drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including pragmatic conflict resolution among many stakeholders .     Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of commercial contracts attorney experience, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. Experience with IT contracts is a must
    • JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in with state bar association
    • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management lifecycle software
    • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • 20-40 hours a week

    Hourly pay: $70/hr.-$75/hr.
