    Front Desk Agent/Relief Night Auditor

    The Residence Inn by Marriott Convention Center is seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Agent/Relief Night Auditor to join their team.

    Job Summary

    Competitive pay rate based on experience. Must have open availability for the overnight shift (11pm to 7am) and day/night shift (7am to 3pm or 3pm-11pm), including holidays and weekends. Company benefits include 401(k), employee discounts, and more.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide sincere and courteous assistance to all guests to ensure satisfaction.
    • Promptly register and process guest check-ins and check-outs.
    • Verify and post daily charges to maintain accurate guest accounts by 6:00 a.m. or specified time.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and the local area.
    • Complete daily credit card transactions, direct bills, and no-show billings.
    • Prepare required daily, monthly, and yearly property reports.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures.
    • Report significant issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
    • Able to work during the overnight shift (11pm to 7am); other available shifts for Front Desk Agent (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm).
    • Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week) with shifts in Front Desk and Night Audit.

    Requirements

    • College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • Must speak, read, and understand English.
