Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist provides safe and effective pharmaceutical care in their practice area. Oversees the provision of safe and effective pharmaceutical care in their practice area consistent with the Clinical Pharmacist role expectations outlined by the region/area specific career ladder.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of home infusion medications, supplies, and appropriate pump for home health nursing to safely administer.
  • Clinical knowledge of intravenous medications and how to best infuse in the home setting.
