*Regional Manager, Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs*Inspira Health
*Mullica Hill, NJ*The regions leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a full-time *Regional Manager, Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs *to join us at our Mullica Hill, NJ location. In this position, you will oversee and manage hospital compliance with external regulatory standards as defined by CMS (Conditions of Participation), DNV, state and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Support the structure for the internal audit process, ensuring policies and procedures are compliant with standards
Monitor DNV regulatory non-conformities, preparing and relaying updates on quality and compliance
Assist the Director in maintaining awareness of licensing and regulatory matters, identify changes to regulations and accreditation standards and maintain the survey readiness plan
Oversee the Leapfrog survey process
Manage expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and ensure departmental activities have sufficient resources
Create and facilitate improvement teams as needed and provide oversight and guidance to sets goals, establish agenda, manage meetings, etc.
Specialize in current concepts of performance improvement and regulatory agency requirements, develop criteria and utilize data analysis techniques and applicationsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing or related field; Masters degree preferred
3+ years of experience in an acute hospital setting with a working knowledge of data analysis and healthcare processes
Auditing experience required
Experience with ISO 9001, NIAHO, High Reliability, Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Process
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
