Job Description:
A local manufacturing company is looking for Welders and Metal Fabricators to help in their production needs. Employees will be building high-quality metal components for our clients.

As a Welder you have the ability to work independent and in a team-oriented environment to weld parts for multiple styles of roller conveyor systems.

Must possess good attention to detail and basic math skills.

As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures, and performing quality checks on finished products.

You may also be required to set up fabricating machines and design custom templates.

Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 90 days Requirements: Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability.

Previous work experience as a Metal Fabricator.
AWS certification and MIG welding experience preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
Proficiency with metal fabrication tools and equipmentAbility to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
