- Cover the Testing Center when Supervisor is out of the office for any reason 25%
- Assist the Supervisor in all exams by scheduling, setting up, and monitoring exam-takers while in session; uploading software, preparing the computers, checking students in, helping in various ways throughout the exam, and assisting in other areas as needed 25%
- Assist in student worker training and monitor student workers' effectiveness; be involved in retraining as needed25%
- Answer questions from students, faculty, and staff 10%
- Remains abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services and leading industry performance benchmarks. 5%

- A.A or B.S. /B.A. degree
- Computer experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other technology skills

The Assistant Supervisor of Testing Services is a full-time benefited professional staff member who assists with the general operation and integrity of Testing Services, maintaining an academic, service-oriented atmosphere. This staff member must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment and discretion.

Driving Requirements
Use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position.Proof of a valid Virginia driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
