Job Summary
The Applications Engineer provides technical support to customers in the Energy market for Fiber Optic Cables which includes creating application notes instruction manuals and conducting training. Interact with manufacturing sales and research teams to develop and market new products.

- Provide pre -and post-technical support to sales customer service representatives customers Field training Customer visits Industry standard participation Conducts product training both internally for company associates externally for customers sales agents representatives Creates documents for new product introductions installation instructions applications notes product specific guidelines Interaction between different departments Lead technical RFx response efforts Remain up to date knowledgeable on current competitor technology Adhere promote environment health safety policies Must successfully complete pre employment assessments background reference checks Other assignments as identified.
