    They are looking for someone that would consider organization one of their superpowers, and enjoys moving between different types of tasks, from outreach to administration to working with websites.

    Applicants should be quick-learners, have an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of humor - and be flexible and open to evolving responsibilities.


    Program Management & Support:


    Manage outreach & follow up for current businesses and support the recruitment of new potential business members on FishChoice, including restaurants, seafood companies, and zoos and aquariums.

    Help identify and build and maintain relationships with FishChoice's NGO partners.
    Manage all reporting schedules for Fishery Improvement Projects (FIPs) that list data on the FisheryProgress website.
    Organize and support webinars and trainings for and FisheryProgress users.

    Make content updates and edits for and FisheryProgress, and test technology fixes and updates as needed for both websites.

    Editorial reviews for FIPs on FisheryProgress

    Work across FisheryProgress & to ensure that shared information (ie FIP participants and new FIP sources) is kept up to date.

    Support teams in identifying new tools, resources or opportunities that could improve both platforms.
    Help support grant reporting and tracking metrics

    Administrative:
    Lead logistics /scheduling for meetings, note-taking and distribution to attendees for both FisheryProgress &
    Manage general email accounts for FisheryProgress & – field incoming requests and questions
    Support development and review of communications items (i.e. mailings, newsletters)
    Provide program support as needed

    Skills:
    A combination of relevant work experience and education to successfully perform the core responsibilities of the position
    Superior time management and organizational skills
    Able to move between tasks and manage time effectively
    Detail-oriented and efficient
    Experience working in the seafood or environmental space
    Relationship-builder who looks for connections, builds trust, brings credibility, and nurtures and deepens relationships.
    Experience using Salesforce to manage client relationships is a plus
    Experience using Drupal or other web platforms to audit or create content is a plus
    Clear, concise communication and diligent proofreading.
    Diligent and collaborative
    Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work well and independently on a partially virtual team
    Ability to laugh with a bunch of silly people

    The Details:
    Salary is commensurate with experience. They are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in the areas of skill listed above.

    FishChoice headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, with teammates in California, Oregon and Washington.
