- Conducting home visits and writing home studies
- Maintaining knowledge of legislation related to foster care
- Supporting foster families in obtaining necessary services for children
- Coordinating post-placement activities for children in foster homes
- Participating in recruitment and training activities
- Collaborating with various agencies and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in social work, child welfare, or related fields
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet auto insurance requirements
