    The team

    The Route Enablement team is responsible for ensuring the continued success and growth of our go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships). The teams work with senior stakeholders to define and establish enablement priorities for the business, delivering on the resulting enablement plan for Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Partner Success Managers (PSM).

    The opportunity

    As an Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive enablement programs tailored specifically to the unique challenges and opportunities within Route. Leveraging deep expertise in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop targeted training initiatives, and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts.

    What you'll do

    • Partner with senior leadership to create an enablement plan with quarterly deliverables and manage trade-offs over the course of the year
    • Develop and drive content, programs and initiatives to address key priorities as identified by senior leadership
    • Infuse product management rigor into the development and release of enablement in conjunction with the senior go-to-market leadership team.
    • Build curriculum that reflects the lifecycle of sales, partnerships, and customer management teams from onboarding through mastery, achieves competency at all levels and drives productivity, retention and growth
    • Establish a network of sponsors within the business such that every enablement initiative has participation from the business in its planning, development, sign off and release
    • Manage Revenue Enablement team
    • Drive world class onboarding for new hires that teaches them job mastery, integrates them into Route culture, and accelerates their time to productivity
    • Partner with revenue operations on reporting and measurement to ensure that all programs are tracked and measured
    • Work with content strategy, product, industry, & additional subject matter experts on deployment of content, initiatives, and compelling messages to our target market
    • Identify the right third party vendors to fill skill competency gaps as needed

    What we're looking for

    • 3+ years revenue enablement experience (CS / Sales / Partnerships).
    • Experience managing enablement teams
    • Proven track record of working with and influencing AEs, CSMs, executives, and extended teams.
    • Ability to work to deadlines, highly adaptable and well organized.
    • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments.
    • Strong, detailed knowledge of sales + customer management cycles, presales, lead qualification, sales process, and leader coaching.
    • Proven track record in program management capability.
    • Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into the curriculum with a sense of how sales / customer success professionals think, operate and absorb training.
    • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team camaraderie.
    • Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with an aptitude for storytelling.
    • Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change.
    • Knowledge of Route product portfolio with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledge.
    • Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly, and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.

    Pay Transparency

    Salary for this role: $100,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity

    The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Route employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
