What You'll Do

As a Lead Architect / Principal Architect in BCG, your responsibility involves leading technology cases or technology modules within BCG projects to solve client problems. You will work on various tech and digital topics, utilizing specialized and general consulting skills to address strategic digital and technology issues. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their challenges, define IT strategies, propose architecture solutions, gain approval for your recommendations, and work with BCG colleagues to translate client potential into performance. The role requires a strong focus on driving thought leadership in the Technology domain, particularly emphasizing ERP/SAP solutions in the market, managing tech/architecture projects, stakeholder engagement, and client deliverables.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• 10-15+ years' experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy with a digital/technology or industry background
• Solid experience as a Senior Technology Leader/Senior Manager/Director - Enterprise Architect, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program/project delivery, preferably involving SAP (open to Oracle, Microsoft), with a focus on sectors like Industrial Goods, Consumer Products, Government/Public Sector, Healthcare, or Energy
• Deep understanding of architecting enterprise-scale solutions
• Experience leading high-performance technology case/project/delivery teams
• Proven track record in presales/business development, proposal creation to Executive C-suite client presentations
• Credible technology leader with a passion for capability development, thought leadership publication, and building
• Comfortable in a hypothesis-driven setting with the ability to outline strategic challenges from a digital/tech standpoint
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving acumen, and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication, storytelling, client-facing, and consulting skills
• Commercial/strategic acumen, presence, and seniority
• Familiarity with enterprise architectural frameworks and methods such as TOGAF or equivalent certifications
• Undergraduate degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• MBA, Masters, or PhD qualifications highly advantageous
• Willingness to travel nationally, regionally, and globally as needed
