Capstone Health is a successful healthcare recruitment agency specializing within the staffing industry to assist our valued clients with professional clinicians within the travel industry.

We are growing exponentially and are looking to hire experience and professional Healthcare Recruiters.
You must be a seasoned Healthcare Recruiter in the healthcare industry having recruited nurses, allied, or ancillary clinicians.
You will be joining a highly dedicated team of specialists and will contribute to our growth.
Servicing an existing client base
Creating and posting job ads in specialized media
Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
Presentation skills
Maintaining and growing a lead database
Required Skill Set
Preference given to those with 3+ years' experience in a healthcare recruitment role, having recruitment experience in an agency setting

Must be able to demonstrate experience sourcing candidates through a variety of methods; including but not limited to, cold-calling, networking, use of social media platforms, etc.

Experience working in an incentivized pay model
Preference given to those experienced working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector
Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
Superb written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Weekly Bonus will be paid based on performance.
