Job Description

The Key Holder plays a crucial role in assisting store management with day-to-day operations. This individual supports supervising employees, implements training programs, and ensures the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Serves as a liaison between store personnel and management, ensuring seamless communication.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Fosters open communication among all staff members throughout the workday.
Provides guidance and clear instruction to retail associates, promoting their growth and development.

Employee Accountability and Productivity:

Operates efficiently according to established procedural guidelines.
Assists in evaluating employee performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensures each store meets production goals, driving business success.
Verifies accuracy and timeliness of employee time records.

Safety and Loss Prevention:

Identifies and reports safety concerns or health hazards, maintaining a safe working environment.
Closely monitors sales floor and backroom for potential loss prevention opportunities.
Counts and balances register cash drawers, preparing accurate bank deposits.
Familiarizes self with Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls and Hazardous Communication Policy and Procedures, adhering to all specifications.
