    The Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business program in the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University invites applications for a non-tenure-track, renewable semester-to-semester, Adjunct faculty commencing January 2024.

    Ideal candidates will possess a Master's, Ph.
    D., Ed.
    D., D.B.A.

    JD or a closely related field with prior work experience in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business, Marketing, Managed Care, Market Access, Sales, or Regulatory matters.

    Candidates with teaching experience in both graduate and undergraduate courses in various areas of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business, such as Marketing, Managed Care, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs, are highly desirable; courses will be on campus or online.

    Candidates with clear evidence of teaching excellence and student engagement are preferred.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Teaching of a specified course

    Preparation of materials and online learning assignments (in Canvas)

    Providing support and guidance to students

    Advising students

    Reporting grades


    Secondary Responsibilities:
    Cooperating with course coordinators or other program faculty to assure quality and consistency across the program

    Cooperating in program assessments


    Minimum Requirements:


    Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related major with meaningful experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare business and/or consulting.

    Meaningful experience teaching at the university level. Willingness to teach multiple courses across multiple programs.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Ph.
    D., Ed.
    D., D.B.A. with a concentration in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business. Marketing or Sales, or a JD with pharmaceutical and healthcare business regulatory experience, or a closely related field. Significant experience in Marketing, Managed Care, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and/or consulting. Teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels in an on-campus course.
