    About The Role

    As an Account Manager (AM), you'll oversee the customer relationship with assigned accounts. You are responsible for driving adoption based on the customer's individualized requirements, and you love solving problems. This includes all client interaction postsale (onboarding, support, triaging, feature implementation, upselling). This role also oversees accounts' health post-launch, ensuring their optimal functioning. The team member will continue to serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and activities related to Leaf Trade.

    You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand account health and identify product or contract retention risks so the company can proactively support customers in meeting their goals.

    The candidate must have a successful track record of onboarding new clients, educating them on feature releases, contributing to the retention process, and resolving any issues. The ability to learn new software and technologies, excellent written and verbal skills, and a team player personality are musts.

    • A critical aspect of this role involves shouldering the responsibility for meticulously crafting comprehensive standard operating procedures. This task extends to cover a diverse range of both internal and external initiatives, where the focus is on establishing well-defined protocols for optimal efficiency and effectiveness

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving; resourceful
    • Strong communication skills, including setting goals and objectives, communicating technological solutions to complex problems
    • You love talking to people on the phone and in person

    • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus, not required
    • Can-do attitude and willingness to do tasks outside of the role to help the team out
