- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a human service related field preferred.
- Must have two years of professional experience working with individuals with special needs. One year of supervisory and program coordination experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.

- Coordinate intakes and discharges in adherence with policies and procedures.
- Monitor utilization of service hours to avoid over or under utilization.
- Provide direct care and support to residents as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home program.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external service providers.
- This position is on-call and will serve as a part of an on-call rotation.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of residents.
