Responsibilities:

· Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of production floor and personnel.

· Establish key performance indicators that drive change and visibility to the team and leaderships; track, trend and monitor routinely with active data analysis to target and drive results.

· Plan, organize and direct team members to meet production schedules, expectations, and requirements of internal and external customers.

· Provide technical and operational support for the plant; ensure facility and equipment are well-maintained and preserved; manage third-party service providers.

· Ensure orders are manufactured according to specifications and to schedule; ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded.

· Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems, customer concerns, and other functional areas.

· Assist department managers within the division on a variety of issues, tasks, and projects.

· Liaise with the quality assurance department to ensure product quality and specification are consistent.

· Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for manufacturing.

· Create a positive team environment by training team members on the importance of safety, efficiency, productivity, cooperation, and morale while ensuring top-quality product output.

· Conduct daily/weekly production meetings.

· Conduct employee annual review process.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree

· 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to create a stable manufacturing environment through understanding of customer demand and production capacity and creating direct flow where possible.

·Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict to a resolution.

·Strong attention to detail and organized.
