    Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Inpatient Rehab

    Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, EOW

    Length: 14 weeks

    May consider 4, 10s 8:00-18:30, but 5, 8s is ideal

    HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays

    Requirements:

    • GA is part of the PT compact privilege states
    • Minimum 3+ years experience, will accept first time travelers
    • Acute Care experience
    • BLS
    • Epic

    Other Details:

    • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
    • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown
