    • 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off schedule -- clinic hours 8 am - 5 pm plus call
    • 12 patient encounters per shift with 0 - 1 admissions
    • 30-minute call response time required
    • Inpatient consultations with both phone and in-person rounding
    • Call ratio 1:14
    • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
    • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
    • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
    • Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
