This is a role provides a base salary with performance-based incentive compensation.The Regional Sales Manager is a senior sales leader responsible for driving profitable, scalable growth within the assigned territory through strategic leadership,
producer development and execution of corporate sales initiatives.
The RSM serves as the primary field ambassador for GBU Financial Life and is accountable for territory performance,
producer recruitment and retention,
and long-term market expansion.
