Quality Manager

Saab US Aerospace, a leading defense and security company, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to join its team in West Lafayette. This critical role will drive a Zero-Defect Culture and lead the deployment of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements.

• Support Quality Director in delivering and maintaining the Quality Management System for Saab US Aerospace operations,
     • Lead manufacturing multi-shift quality organization on day-to-day basis including inspection, engineering audits corrective actions continuous improvement while driving accountability across team,​
  
• Sustain manufacturing quality organization capable supporting strategic initiatives aerospace operation,
     • Champion Department Key Performance Indicators KPIs drive improvement initiatives business develop metrics monitor progress identify areas growth opportunities
