Job summary
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator for our Phoenix office. This position ensures the smooth execution of projects by managing documentation and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.Responsibilities
- Process contract documents, purchase orders, vendor invoices and job setup.
- Create project files, contracts drawings correspondence establish close out jobs in Salesforce shared drive folders pertinent information weekly payroll entry reconcile invoices expense reports manage monthly job retention lists set up new hires accounting payroll systems including E-Verify drug screening manage BOMs materials ordering address distributor concerns coordinate outside suppliers timely delivery meeting quality standards budget requirements communicate effectively general contractors subcontractors vendors construction managers sales teams corporate office respond internal employee customer inquiries promptly work team organization meeting minutes project documentation support personnel coordination PM team assist establish schedules managing documentation submittals safety protocols site logistics.
