    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and business tax returns
    • Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
    • Conduct tax research, create tax projections, and develop tax planning strategies
    • Provide accounting services for closely-held businesses
    • Communicate effectively with clients through video calls, calls, and email

    Requirements:

    • Recent experience in a public accounting firm
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax
    • Strong technology skills
    • Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
    • Quick learner; adaptable to different working styles
    • Team player

    We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work from home options.

    Education: Bachelor's (Required)

    Experience: Tax experience: 3 years (Required)

    License/Certification: CPA License (Preferred)

    Work Location: In-office, Hybrid
