    As the Director of Software Engineering, you will bear the responsibility for software development and will be evaluated on your ability to deliver, maintain quality, and ensure employee satisfaction.

    They should be self-aware, recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, and adept at structuring a team to maximize strengths and bolster weaknesses.

    Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with numerous interrelated components are essential.

    Lead a team comprising highly motivated managers and professionals to efficiently deliver robust software.
    Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including product managers, program managers, and executives.
    Engage in architectural and design dialogues and provide support to software managers in addressing day-to-day challenges.
    Take ownership of all facets of releases, encompassing development, testing, documentation, configuration, and monitoring. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Director.
    A proven track record of delivering stable software with innovative features. Highly desirable experience in managing large infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
    Exceptional people management skills are a prerequisite.
    Familiarity with security principles in software development. Experience with blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin or Ethereum) and distributed applications is advantageous but not obligatory.
