    What You'll Do as a
    DSP


    As the House Lead, you'll be a trusted support, advocate, and role model while helping oversee daily routines and ensuring quality care.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain daily routines based on each Individual Program Plan (IPP)

    Support the development and progress of IPP/ISP goals

    Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment

    Encourage community inclusion, family visits, and social activities

    Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills

    Prepare meals and support housekeeping tasks

    Transport residents using company vehicles

    Communicate concerns, incidents, or changes to administrators

    Step in where needed and lead with positivity and professionalism

    What We're Looking For

    Required Education & Certifications

    High School Diploma or GED


    DSP I &
    DSP II Certification

    CPR / First Aid

    CPI Certification

    Experience

    3+ years

    supporting adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs

    Experience with challenging behaviors strongly preferred

    Driving Requirements

    Valid in-state driver's license

    Must be

    21+ years old

    Proof of current insurance and registration

    Clean driving record (no more than 2 points in the last 3 years)
