    Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil or Environmental Engineer to serve as a Project
    Manager on our Land Development Team. In this role you'll lead, manage, and design local and regional
    land development projects with direct client interaction. Our aggressive growth plans will provide you
    with opportunities to work in partnership with the Sector Leader to influence the strategy and the
    growth of our land development market.

    This position can be based out of any of our offices, home, or hybrid.

    GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position will allow the ideal candidate the opportunity to:
    Manage projects and coordinate with clients on land development work involving site grading, water main, sanitary sewer, storm water, erosion control and permitting
    Complete project work collaboratively with other professionals, contractors, various jurisdictions, and regulatory agencies
    Prepare storm water management plans
    Permit projects through the WDNR, ACOE, and local government agencies
    Attend planning commission and municipal meetings as necessary
    Build positive and productive relationships with clients
    Assist the Land Development Team with maintaining existing clients and generating potential leads
    Opportunities for cross‐functional work with our other market teams for interested candidates

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
    The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
    Enjoys working in the civil engineering field and enjoys working with other professionals in a friendly team environment
    Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a related degree)
    Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin or in another state with the ability obtain registration in Wisconsin
    Minimum of 4 years of experience
    Experience in project management and client interaction
    AutoCAD Civil 3D basic knowledge
    Storm water modeling software experience
    Be self-sufficient, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, have advanced problem-solving abilities, be deadline oriented and be willing to have some fun along the way
