- Provide exceptional hospitality following the RESPECT SERVICE SYSTEM.
- Ensure passenger and vessel safety by adhering to safety procedures.
- Engage in regular training & safety drills.
- Assist in mooring vessels and lookout duties.
- Support in maintaining vessel equipment and cleanliness.
- Load/unload materials, maintain restrooms, and assist passengers.
- Perform security patrols, address passenger queries/complaints, and aid in boarding/disembarking process.
- Work in confined spaces when required.
- Additional assigned duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Capability to lift and throw mooring lines.
- Availability for varied work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- First Aid and CPR/AED Certification a plus.

Seeking individuals who are adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity:
As a Deckhand, you'll work on large passenger vessels as part of the crew. Ideal candidates are outgoing, friendly, and can handle a flexible schedule within a team environment.
