We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company at the forefront of utility billing solutions, catering to national clients. Our Implementation team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our ranks.

As an essential part of our team, you will actively contribute to the accurate and effective implementation of utility billing services, ensuring seamless collaboration with our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for:Conducting welcome calls and ongoing communication to introduce our team, project details, and implementation timelines to our clients.

Requesting and reviewing resident lease agreements, ensuring compliance with billing agreements.
Verifying billing agreements to comply with state, city, and vendor regulations.
Analyzing and setting up basic rates, confirming accuracy through vendor published rates.
Achieving accurate and timely setups and billings using company-specific software.
Utilizing tools and software to submit tickets for client set-up information and future actions.
Developing expertise in billing systems, rate analysis, and production tools.
Responding to billing inquiries and resolving/correcting discrepancies.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating effectively within the implementation team and across departments.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Minimum 1 year Implementation experience.
Previous utility billing experience is preferredStrong computer skills, including MS Office.


Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional remote office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and office furniture

Physical Demands:
Long periods of sitting, working indoors on a computer for the entire shift.
Intermittent lifting of 25 lbs. (office supplies).


Expected Hours of Work:
Generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional days and hours may be necessary to accomplish all required tasks.
