- Directing daily activities of the Training Center and training staff to meet facility training and testing needs.
- Assisting in developing training outlines and instructional methods.
- Ensuring trainee safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Evaluating project progress and success.
- Maintaining training records and course attendees.
- Preparing training materials.
- Coordinating training sessions and scheduling craft tests.
- Conferencing with supervision to understand training requirements.
- Recognizing and developing higher skills in the workforce.
- Coordinating training instructor schedules and on-the-job training.
- Tracking training progress.
- Managing training center budgets.
- Adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
