- Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product from concept to completion
- Solve customer challenges by designing equipment and implement it onsite
- Ability to create simulations for new project proposals
- Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years in design build manufacturing environment as a mechanical engineer
- Leadership experience and project management preferred
- Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
- Ability to travel minimally - must have valid license and passport

What you will be doing:
Utilize your machine design experience to produce state-of-the-art automated robotic equipment targeted at food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and CPG industries.
You will be working with a dedicated customer team for each large project which gives you the opportunity to be involved with process from conception to installation at a customer site.
