    This role is a unique opportunity to blend administrative support with office management responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and providing crucial assistance to our CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at handling a variety of tasks in a start-up environment.

    What you'll do

    Office Coordination:
    • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests
    • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
    Executive Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team, including managing calendars, handling of expense report and budget tracking, scheduling events/meetings, and making travel arrangements
    • Handle communication and correspondence for CEO
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address them to ensure efficiency
    Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between employees, clients, external partners, and other visitors
    • Assist with on-site interviews, including candidate travel and accommodations
    • Facilitate communication within the team and across departments
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary
    Administrative Support:
    • Manage filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested

    What's prepared you

    • 2+ years of experience as an office coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
    • Experience in a high tech, fast growth company
