    Description

    Job Description

    PrideStaff is looking for an experienced Electrician for the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am. The pay rate ranges from $20-$38 per hour.

    Qualifications

    • Perform tasks under direct supervision
    • Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of the subject
    • Hold certification from a technical school or relevant skilled trades program with 0 to 2 years of experience
    • Ability to interpret work instructions
    • Follow written and verbal directions
    • Have intermediate verbal and written communication skills
    • Work effectively within a team
    • Manual dexterity and physical stamina
    • Capable of lifting/moving heavy objects

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
    • Diagnose malfunctioning systems using hand tools and testing instruments
    • Replace faulty electrical components
    • Mount motors, transformers, and fixtures as per specifications
    • Comply with safety procedures and local building codes
    • Estimate project costs and procure necessary supplies
    • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Adhere to 5S standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area
    • Follow safety, environmental, and quality protocols
    • Handle basic issues and refer complex problems to senior staff
