- Process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Engineering degree at an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering or related field
- Experience with environmental (rate tables, shaker, thermal chambers, etc.) and general-purpose test equipment
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Excel
- Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by event
- Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations
- Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions
- Multi-tasking and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks
- Some test engineering experience
- Experience in technical writing and presentation
