- Assist the sports betting management team with hiring, training, and development of team members
- Prepare sport betting team work schedules; conduct pre- and post-shift meetings and ensure all money has been accounted for
- Follow departmental and company compliance measures and procedures; ensure local and state regulations are followed
- Verify cash drawers, reports, and guest activity; monitor for suspicious activity
- Record all variance and compliance exceptions as and when they arise
- Produce departmental statistical operation reports as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age with the ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- No college degree required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to stoop, reach, and bend as necessary
- Ability to respond to visual cues, excellent vision including peripheral views
