    Title Assistant Professor of Dermatology Specific Title Appointment Type Tenure Track Faculty Department IUSM - Dermatology Campus IU School of Medicine Indianapolis Position Summary


    The Department of Dermatology at Indiana University School of Medicine invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor.

    Competitive salary and start-up funds are available. A medical degree and completed residency are required.

    Applicants must demonstrate the ability to initiate a research program that can attract external funding to sustain it, dedication to effective student mentoring and the ability to teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

    Research strengths in the department span a range of topics in virology and inflammatory diseases.


    Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and statement of research (past, present, and future; up to three pages), teaching interests/experience (up to two pages when completing the online application).
