    Job Summary:


    As a Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar assets through effective partnership with asset owners.

    You will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, optimizing the financial and technical performance of the assets, and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy.

    You will understand how solar assets work, how customers monetize these assets and how to deploy resources to maximize the value of these assets for customers.

    Efficient customer communication is key to success for not only the existing assets but also to gain access to the growing fleet of NSPS's strategic accounts.

    You will be the main point of contact to some of the largest and most sophisticated renewable asset owners in North America.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including solar asset owners, investors, and partners.

    Act as the primary point of contact for the Asset Management leadership of clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

    Communicate key metrics, project status and progress on work orders with customers on a regular basis.
    Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, alongside other stakeholders from within NovaSource.


    Performance Optimization:
    Monitor financial and technical performance metrics such as revenue generation, energy generation, operational expenses, and budget adherence.

    Identify opportunities to optimize revenue streams, minimize costs, and maximize profitability through efficient O&M practices in collaborating with cross functional team.

    Collaborate with internal teams to prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget proposals for solar assets.


    Issue Resolution and Risk Management:
    Proactively identify potential issues or risks that may impact solar asset performance or client satisfaction.
    Lead the resolution of technical, financial, or operational issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
    Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize downtime, revenue loss, and operational disruptions.


    Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    Stay informed about industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to solar O&M.
    Meet regularly with site personnel to understand challenges/opportunities and effectively communicate these to clients.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver value-added services to clients.
    Explore opportunities for innovation, such as implementing new technologies or practices to optimize performance and reduce costs.


    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams at all levels.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    Strong workstyle and demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of financial principles and experience in budget management.

    Proven experience in solar operations and maintenance, with a strong understanding of photovoltaic systems and O&M best practices (technical experience preferred); ability to work and understand all aspects of a technical field service operation.

    Demonstrated experience in managing customer concerns, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to improve performance.
    Must be motivated to work independently.
    Change oriented and adaptable to changing business situations and priorities.
    Ability and willingness to travel to sites or customers, as required, to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    5-10 years' work experience, preferably in the renewable energy, or field service industries.
    3-5 years' experience in leading and managing a direct and indirect team.
    Experience in a photovoltaic or power-generating industry preferred.
    Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
    Fluent English language skills, additional language beneficial.


    Travel:
    Up to 25% travel may be required per year (domestic & international)
