    Location: East Hanover, NJ

    Pay rate: $22/hour

    This intern will actively support the NOAM FF organization in the execution of meaningful project management tasks and presentations. Through hands-on creative collaboration you will work on all facets of the FF division to help develop solutions to drive business growth and enhance productivity; while gaining valuable insights into the fragrance industry. Your creativity, passion, and enthusiasm will be key to delivering service excellence Givaudan offers to their clients.

    In this position you will:

  • Develop and maintain 'brand book' overviews on key strategic clients
  • Design, build, and maintain fragrance library
  • Provide administrative support to assist in the daily operations including but not limited to sampling, labeling, shipping, unfragrance base management, blotter labeling, ordering materials, etc.
  • Update and manage the FF fragrance oil tracker
  • Support meeting preparation and events
  • Manage and organize the internal product storage.
  • Assist with data entry needs.
  • Support perfumery on sampling for ingredient study and other tasks related to core form continuous improvement.
  • Organize and streamline purchasing and maintenance of market products needed for specific evaluation needs.
