- Maintain all personnel, medical and confidential records and files for the Human Resources Department.
- Assemble new hire packets for hourly employees and process all paperwork required.
- Assist employees who need TWIC renewals and boot/eyewear vouchers.
- Maintain Corrective Action, Grievance, and Job Bid Logs.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Corporate HR Manager.
- Attend monthly calls with all corporate HR and other sister plant personnel.
- Assist Plant Manager and other departments with special projects.
- Completes computer base training to comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements and policies.
