Description
Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for part-time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern VirginiaShift:
ON CALL Monday-Friday 5:30pm-9:30pm
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodationsAble to consistently work scheduled days and hoursCommitment to safety policies and procedures, including COVID guidelinesSuperior customer service skills Ability to understand oral and written instructions Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectationsJob duties will include, but are not limited to the following:Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch pointsHigh and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrorsRestocking supplies and inventoryEmptying and disposing of trash and recycling binsVacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floorsClean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevatorsClean windows, glass partitions, and mirrorsPhysical demands may include the following on a regular basis:Walking and standing Climbing Bending forwardWearing hip/backpack vacuumReaching, grasping, pushing and pullingLifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulderRespective bending and arm movements
