Description
We are seeking anWeekend RN Supervisor
responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility.
Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Shifts:
7-3p; 3-11p; 11-7aResponsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing education and training- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines- Participate in performance improvement initiativesRequirements:Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ, requiredCurrent CPR certificationSub-acute or long term care experience, preferredProven experience as a Nurse in a supervisory capacity
