    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Intuisse. The CMO will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to market planning, market research, public relations, marketing management, and sales. The CMO will

    • report weekly sales and make strategic recommendations rooted in analytics
    • oversee the development and execution of all digital and promotional marketing strategies, launch loyalty program, introduce customer segmentation strategy
    • lead content upgrades to website, e.g., recommend upgrades, A/B tests to drive conversion
    • manage the marketing team, PR, and marketing agencies
    • develop and execute omni-channel go-to-market strategy
    • identify, sign and manage retailers and distributor across markets, and
    • collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience in digital marketing in the Beauty industry
    • Strong marketing analytics, planning and market research skills
    • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth

    • Proven leadership and team management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
    • Experience in international marketing
    • Fluency in Excel, Power Point, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Shopify
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
