Crafts, develops, maintains, and solves automated suites of tests to assess product quality and release readiness using Junit, Selenium, Cucumber, ReadyAPI, and Rest Assured. Builds end-to-end test strategy and determines exit criteria using Jasmine, Karma, Karate, and JEST. Releases testing requirements throughout the development cycle. Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems. Incorporates and streamlines test automation into building Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and quality gates. Develops, deploys, and maintains automation strategies. Mines and manipulates test data. Scripts and executes test cases. Conducts front-line triage of issues found during execution. Develops and maintains cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure. Assists with planning, designing, and executing testing within a complex project.u00A0

Creates test plans, data, procedures, and manual and/or automated scripts.u00A0
Participates in formal reviews of application designs, business, and functional requirements.u00A0
Participates in code reviews.u00A0
Writes complete and accurate reports on software problems.u00A0
Identifies and suggests quality process improvements focused on defect prevention.u00A0
Creates systems and business relevant test cases.u00A0
Ensures test environment reflects business requirements for test execution.u00A0
Assists in development of in-house test tools.u00A0
Executes manual and/or automated test scripts for most complex projects.u00A0
Works with project team to establish testing entrance and exit criteria.u00A0
Ensures execution of project regression test tasks.u00A0
Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.u00A0
Works directly with the user community for project definition.u00A0
Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.u00A0
Recommends strategies and methods to improve test plans and test processes.u00A0
Analyzes and reports test status and results.u00A0
Identifies test issues and reports to project manager and business.u00A0
Defines regression tests, and production verification and validation for future projects.u00A0

Education and Experience:u00A0

Bachelor s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (or closely related occupation) creating and maintaining automation and manual testing solutions across distributed, cloud, and database components in a financial services environment.u00A0

Or, alternatively, Master s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (or closely related occupation) creating and maintaining automation and manual testing solutions across distributed, cloud, and database components in a financial services environment.u00A0
