Main Job Purpose:
As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial shopping centers, office buildings, condo associations, and related properties
Your mission:
to ensure our properties are maintained at the highest standard and our tenants are happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Site Visits:
Conduct regular site visits to locations throughout Florida, ensuring properties are in top condition.
Tenant Relations:
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints, enforce occupancy rules, oversee repairs, and manage vendor relationships.
Lease Management:
Negotiate leases and renewals, execute options, and maintain strong tenant contracts.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with Property Accounting and Leasing to maximize results.
Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal departments, clients, and ownership.
Record Maintenance:
Keep meticulous tenant files and digital records, update internal tracking of insurances, exceptions, and options.
Construction Management:
Assist in managing tenant build-outs and various-sized construction projects.
Financial Management:
Help collect rents, forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
Goal Achievement:
Embrace new and diverse requests, exploring opportunities to add value and contribute to the organizations goals.
