- Oversee production operations across two locations within 10 minutes of each other, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products.
- Manage plant operations, including production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and testing teams to ensure alignment with project and production requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and process management.
- Monitor plant performance metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Communicate plant status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; however, significant industry experience can substitute for formal education.
- Proven experience in plant management or production management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in production management tools and software.
