• US We are hiring at InnQuest Software for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our growing team in North AmericaInnQuest Software develops software solutions for independent hotel accommodation providers.

In this role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle.

This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

You must be someone who excels at people management, setting direction and priorities, managing processes and monitoring results against key business metrics.

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

You'll be the bridge between business aspirations and technological executionOwn the product roadmap based on business opportunities, market research and end-user feedbackPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productProvide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholdersWork closely with architects, engineering, and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features and enhancementsAssist development teams with business and technical requirements of features, tasks, and bugs to assist in on-time delivery and meeting client expectationsCreate feature descriptions to provide guidance to the development team, contribute and approve product-related Business and Technical Requirements documentsAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategyProvide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user storiesLead the execution of product release plans and set proper expectations for delivery of new functionalities to all stakeholdersProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsArticulate complex or technical information in a clear, concise, and structured manner to suit the intended audienceAcquire and maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of the hospitality and marine industry to assist with user interface and experience best design practicesManage traceability of business requirements through test plans and casesConduct peer training for sales and support teams based on business requirements and end-user acceptance testing of all projects and software releasesPlan and execute product launches, including managing the beta test processLead product council meetings to ensure effective communication between the departmentsMeet with key clients to understand operational needsUndertake additional roles and responsibilities which may be reasonable under this roleAbout you:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent business-related discipline required5+ years of product development experience in a supervisory capacity10+ years of developing complex software solutions Knowledge of the hospitality industryStrong knowledge/experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS and AzureStrong knowledge/experience with system architecture and design patternsPrior experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology requiredProven ability to lead product development teams and deliver quality productsExceptional interpersonal skills to manage, lead and motivate employeesSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesDemonstrates ability to quickly grasp new concepts and integrate them into projects as appropriate and to determine the required action rapidly and effectively in a new situationExcellent balance between technical/development understanding and business intelligenceExtensive exposure to in-house, nearshore, and offshore delivery modelsAbility to interpret and discuss technical information with a non-technical audienceAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job doneExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailExperience with Jira/Confluence and Aha PreferredFluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential Legally authorized to work in the USFor information about Aspire Software, please visit our website at www.aspiresoftware.comWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
