    LHH has been partnering with a well-established firm in Sausalito, CA. They are looking for a legal secretary/office manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Legal secretary duties including e-filing and litigation knowledge.
    • Manage day-to-day operations including assisting IT department with issues and processing incoming vendor invoices for payment.
    • Review and approve staff timecards and review and approve employee expense reports.
    • Work with HR to deliver performance reviews for staff and help on hiring and supervision needs.
    • Facilitate continuing education for attorneys.
    • Prepare and track annual client audit request responses.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years in office management and legal secretary experience.
    • Prepare and revise legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, etc.
    • Experience with iManage.

    Details:

    • Fully onsite in Sausalito, CA.
    • Permanent role.
