- Legal secretary duties including e-filing and litigation knowledge.
- Manage day-to-day operations including assisting IT department with issues and processing incoming vendor invoices for payment.
- Review and approve staff timecards and review and approve employee expense reports.
- Work with HR to deliver performance reviews for staff and help on hiring and supervision needs.
- Facilitate continuing education for attorneys.
- Prepare and track annual client audit request responses.
- 5+ years in office management and legal secretary experience.
- Prepare and revise legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, etc.
- Experience with iManage.
- Fully onsite in Sausalito, CA.
- Permanent role.
