As a Virtual Service Center Agent, you will serve our members virtually by helping them manage their accounts, understand and qualify for various Credit Union products and services, and receive the service that they need.


    At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include:

    • Opening new accounts for members and businesses, answering member questions, and performing transactions using the online VideoChat channel.
    • Communicating with members in a professional, accurate, and timely manner using phone, text message, and email.
    • Interviewing and qualifying members for loans and other products within the requirements of the policies established by the Credit Union.
    • Researching and making appropriate corrections for members with account problems.
    • Gathering needed data and verification documents from members and real estate partners.
    • Maintaining a knowledge of, promoting, and cross selling a variety of Credit Union products and services.
    • Making recommendations to members based on their full financial picture and personal financial goals.
    • Keeping your manager informed of member needs and desires regarding products, services, suggestions, and/or escalations.

    Before you apply, make sure you have:

    • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
    • The ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

    Also, please let us know in your application if you have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.
