Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Andersen, you will provide technical expertise and lead downtime improvement efforts across the Bayport site, working alongside a team of maintenance technicians to support production operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Utilize technical electrical troubleshooting knowledge to decrease downtime.
Collaborate with team members to increase equipment uptime.
Evaluate and improve maintenance performance to reduce downtime and costs.
Ensure equipment integrity and reliability.
Use data-driven problem-solving to troubleshoot process issues.
Maintain professional relations with the crew to ensure efficiency.
Install, recommend, repair, and plan electrical wiring and equipment.
Encourage individual performance improvement for overall operational effectiveness.
Effectively communicate equipment concerns and downtime issues.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Conduct root cause analysis of downtime issues.
Oversee in-house and vendor-driven modifications.
Guide technical teams, including engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in electrical field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Minnesota Electrical Journeyman license with controls experience.
Technical abilities in electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell hardware and programming.
Robotic and CNC programming knowledge preferred.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with change management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
Experience with machine safety systems and components.
