    Role Description:

    Our client is an alternative investments firm that is growing year over year and seeking a hard-working interim Senior Human Resources Business Partner for 6 months for a hybrid, 4-day on-site role reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will work autonomously, create strong stakeholder relationships, and have a passion for solving challenges. They will work on key initiatives in areas such as performance & reward, talent management and acquisition, employee relations, as well as culture and engagement. This is a great interim opportunity to take on responsibility with a dynamic and growing business. You will be very hands-on with the performance management, promotion and compensation processes, side-by-side with business leaders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide advice and guidance on performance management, including coaching and talent reviews.
    • Take a leadership role in the delivery of the annual promotion, performance, and compensation cycle.
    • Collaborate and develop high-performing partnerships with the broader HR team and business leadership.
    • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting to develop hiring plans.
    • Influence senior leadership on high-impact engagement activities on employee experience and inclusion initiatives.
    • Drive informed decision-making by using data and metrics.
    • Reinforce and evolve company culture and principles.
    • Partner with the Employee Relations and legal counsel on the identification, escalation, risk mitigation and resolution of employee relations issues.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working across various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting, and talent management.
    • Ability to think critically, logically, and analytically.
    • Demonstrated experience building strong, effective, and trusted relationships.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Expertise building consensus on a cross-functional basis.
    • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Comfortable owning the detail as well as thinking strategically.
    • Ability to constructively challenge and influence business leaders.
    • Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.
    • Previous experience in VC, PE, or asset management preferred.
