Supervisor Cash Posting - Hershey, United States - Penn State Health
Description
In conjunction with the Senior Director of Treasury Services, this role will directly supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities and expectations of the cash posting treasury services team.
As the subject matter expert for all billing and revenue systems regarding posting cash, this position will represent the cash posting team in organizational meetings, communications, process decisions, project meetings, and vendor discussions contributing to the success of the cash posting team.
Working with the Manager Cash Management, the Cash Posting Team Manager will ensure all payments are posted timely, accurately, and without variances to the appropriate billing and revenue system, correct patient, and accurate receivable owner following defined processes and using appropriate system reporting for verification.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Associate Degree or equivalent experience (2 years).
Minimum two (2) years' experience in a revenue cycle position.
Working knowledge of team function within the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Manager or leadership experience is preferred.
